As AI and digital technologies transform water management, how can institutions ensure effective governance, policy alignment and responsible deployment within the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus approach?
This regional webinar will explore AI governance, institutional readiness, legal frameworks, financing mechanisms and strategic planning for digital water systems in the Mediterranean. It is organized within UfM and PRIMA in synergy with GWP-Med and IME. HYDROC GmbH provides technical content.
🤝 It is part of the regional consultation on Digital Transformation for WEFE Nexus, facilitated by PRIMA ACQUAOUNT, TALANOA-WATER and H2020 TRANSCEND, in synergy with UfM and partners, and support by PRIMA WEFE4Med.

• Share best practices and lessons learned on AI in water systems
• Provide updates on the regional consultation process
• Contribute to shaping the upcoming Action Framework of the WEFE Nexus Strategy
• Contribute to the 6th Euro-Mediterranean Water Forum (29 September–2 October 2026, Rome).
